埼玉県入間市で無農薬有機農法に挑戦されている田中製茶園さんの『やぶきた』のシングルオリジンティーです♪

田中製茶園は、人の心と体に優しいお茶づくりを目指して最もメジャーな日本茶品種やぶきたを栽培しています。
無農薬の畑で収穫した茶葉は日本茶の王道とも言える美しい若葉色に程よい渋み苦みを楽しめます！


お気に入りのお急須やティーポットでゆったりお茶時間しませんか？


1杯目は…70-80℃の少し低い温度で1分ちょっと（お茶の甘みが楽しめます♪）

2杯目は…90℃の熱いお湯で30秒（ちょっと苦めになりますが、1杯目より香りが◎）

3杯目は…氷や冷水を注いで3時間以上待つと…爽やかな冷茶の出来上がり！

新進気鋭のまだ若い茶園ですが、2023年にはやぶきたの紅茶が本場の英国品評会Great Taste Award 2023で一つ星金賞に輝きました。

Yabukita by Tanaka-en

This is a single origin tea of “Yabukita” from Tanaka-en, which is challenging pesticide-free organic farming in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture.

Tanaka-en grows the most major Japanese tea variety, Yabukita, with the aim of producing tea that is gentle to the human body and mind.
The tea leaves harvested from the pesticide-free fields have a beautiful young leaf color and a moderate astringent bitterness that can be called the royal road to Japanese tea!


"How can you make good tea?"
Add tea leaves into a kyusu teapot or an ordinary teapot. Brew your tea slowly, using cooled hot water of 70-80C. You will have surprisingly delicious tea. With Single Origin Tea, you can make cold tea as well.

The farm and store are located in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture.
Although it is an up-and-coming and still young tea farm, Yabukita's black tea won a one-star at the Great Taste Award 2023, a British tea competition.
