〈おいしい和紅茶の淹れ方〉
《必要なもの》
急須またはティーポット
茶葉…2.5〜3g（ティースプーン約1.5杯分）
沸騰したお湯…160Ml


ティーポットに茶葉を入れ、ぐつぐつ沸騰したお湯を一気に注いで3分待ちます。
ゆっくりと茶葉を蒸らすことで、お茶のうまみや風味がたっぷり引き出されます。

This Japanese black tea has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of Darjeeling First Flush.
The aroma, which combines the density of orchid and the sweetness of vanilla, is a dreamy experience that will make you forget your everyday life.

"Yume-wakaba by Simizu-en"
Shimizu-en is an old tea farm, starting in the 19th century. Shimizu-en sticks to the good old method of tea production, that is, picking tea leaves by hand. During the harvest season, they employ more than 20 people to pick leaves. After withering tea leaves for a short period, “Yumewakaba” has strong sweetness and aroma.
In 2021, Shimizuen's Japanese black tea won prizes in two domestic competitions.

"How can you make good Japanese Black tea?"
[Required materials]
A teapot
3 grams or 1.5 teaspoons of tea leaves
160 ml of boiling water

Put the tea leaves into the teapot, pour in the boiled water around 100℃, and wait for around 3 minutes.
Brewing at a slightly lower temperature can also be done to bring out a fuller flavor.
