日本茶の手もみ茶品評会で8回日本一になった名人中島毅さんが作る、和紅茶『ふくみどり』は、
煎茶と同様に天日の下でじっくり発酵させ、さわやかな香りを引き出した一品です。
また、お茶の渋みが苦手な方にも飲みやすいお味になっています。

〈おいしい和紅茶の淹れ方〉
《必要なもの》
急須またはティーポット
茶葉…2.5〜3g（ティースプーン約1.5杯分）
沸騰したお湯…160Ml


ティーポットに茶葉を入れ、ぐつぐつ沸騰したお湯を一気に注いで3分待ちます。
ゆっくりと茶葉を蒸らすことで、お茶のうまみや風味がたっぷり引き出されます。

Single origin Japanese black tea "Fukumidori" grown with great care by Onishi-en in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture.

The Japanese black tea "Fukumidori" is produced by Mr. Tsuyoshi Nakajima, a famous tea maker who has won the top prize in Japan eight times in the Japanese tea competition for hand-rolled teas.
This product is fermented slowly under the sun to bring out its refreshing aroma.
It is also easy to drink for those who do not like the astringency of tea.

"How can you make good Japanese Black tea?"
[Required materials]
A teapot
3 grams or 1.5 teaspoons of tea leaves
160 ml of boiling water

Put the tea leaves into the teapot, pour in the boiled water around 100℃, and wait for around 3 minutes.
Brewing at a slightly lower temperature can also be done to bring out a fuller flavor.
