〈おいしい和紅茶の淹れ方〉
《必要なもの》
急須またはティーポット
茶葉…2.5〜3g（ティースプーン約1.5杯分）
沸騰したお湯…160Ml

ティーポットに茶葉を入れ、ぐつぐつ沸騰したお湯を一気に注いで3分待ちます。
ゆっくりと茶葉を蒸らすことで、お茶のうまみや風味がたっぷり引き出されます。

ストレートはもちろん、お砂糖、ミルク、豆乳、アーモンドミルクやはちみつなどを入れて召し上がるのもオススメです♪

〈髙野園のお茶づくり〉
髙野園の髙野茶実夫（たかの・ちゃみお）さんは、狭山地域では珍しく有機的農法でお茶を長年作り続けています。
人気の少ない高台にある茶畑で育った髙野氏の茶葉は、太陽の光をたっぷり受けて健康そのもの。

髙野氏のお茶は狭山火入れという伝統的な手法で念入りに茶葉を乾燥させるため、しっかりとした硬さと香ばしい焙煎の香りが特徴的です。
急須やティーポットでゆっくり蒸らした茶葉は香り高く、強い味わいを楽しめます。

"Yutakamidori Japanese Black Tea" was introduced on the blog of Singaporean novelist, Eustacia!

Precious Organically farmed tea leaves are used to make a mild Japanese black tea.
This black tea is rich in natural sweetness.
If you usually drink black tea with sugar, you may not need sugar anymore.
This product is made by Takano-en, an organic tea grower, which is rare in Sayama.

"How do I make delicious Japanese black tea?"
[Required materials]
A teapot
3 grams or 1.5 teaspoons of tea leaves
160 ml of boiling water

Put the tea leaves into the teapot, pour in the boiled water around 95℃, and wait for around 3 minutes.
Brewing at a slightly lower temperature can also be done to bring out a fuller flavor.
It is of course delicious when taken straight, but also goes well with sugar, milk, soy milk, almond milk or honey.

Mr. Chamio Takano of Takano-en has been cultivating tea for many years using organic methods which are rare in the Sayama area.
Mr. Takano's tea is carefully dried using the traditional method known as "Sayama hiire", so it is characterized by a solid firmness and a roasted aroma.
By steeping slowly in a teapot you can enjoy a tea that has both a strong taste and fragrance.
